By accessing or using Atelier (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Purchases & licence

All items sold on Atelier are digital goods. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, purchases include a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the item for personal or commercial projects. You may not resell or redistribute the raw files.

4. Downloads

Each purchased item allows a limited number of downloads as shown on the product page. Download links expire after a short time for security; you may generate new links from your account at any time within the allotted count.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to distribute unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy. Because items are delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available once a file has been downloaded.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
