Refund Policy

Everything sold on Atelier is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. Once a file has been downloaded, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is generally non-refundable. This is standard practice for digital goods and aligns with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)) which permits the waiver of withdrawal rights for digital content once download has begun.
When we do issue refunds
- The file you received is corrupted or does not match its description, and we cannot resolve the issue within 7 days.
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
- Your payment was captured but no items were unlocked in your account.
How to request a refund
Email support@atelier.example within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always sort things out faster directly.
